How we trade
From mandi to your warehouse — three steps.
A trader earns on every lot. The same way we have for decades: buy from a farmer we trust, grade it properly, and move it to a buyer who'll pay for that grade.
1. Source from the mandi
We buy direct from farmers and licensed commission agents in the wheat belt of MP, the basmati belt of Punjab and Haryana, and the local Gujarat mandis. Cash on weighbridge, settled fast.
2. Grade, sample, retain
Each lot is visually graded, moisture-tested, and lab-checked for foreign matter and broken %. A 1 kg reference sample is sealed and retained for 90 days on every consignment.
3. Dispatch to your gate
Loads go out on sanitised trucks and rail wagons, weighed on a certified electronic bridge, with printed weight slips. Most orders ship in 48–72 hours from order confirmation.

Jalaram Trading Co. is a wholesale grain trader operating from Shop 73 at the APMC Market Yard in Anjar, Kutch. We buy rice and wheat in truckload quantities from farmers and mandis across India, then supply retailers, flour mills, food processors and exporters across the country.
We don't mill, polish, or repackage. What we do is simpler and harder: we pick the right lot at the right mandi, grade it on the way in, and dispatch it on time.
